Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Visa Electron, Switch, and JCB. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

We reserve the right to decline any purchase recieved via this catalogue.

Shipping And Handling If goods are recieved damaged , you must advise us within 48 hours of delivery.

Due to the bulky nature of packaging materials in general, we do reserve the right to decline orders where, due to location or availability of local carriers or otherwise, the cost of sending the goods exceeds the value of the goods themselves. This caveat in particular applies to bubble film and loose fill materials where carriers may choose to ‘bulk’ the goods being sent. We will on larger orders of particularly bulky products split the order into smaller parts, you will still only be charged for the one consignment cost but your delivery will be spread.

If you have asked for an international delivery, delivery to Scotland or Devon and Cornwall or if your order is to be palletized please call our office for a cost of the transport.

Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you within 7 business days .

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .

Returns Policy You may return any unopened items witin 7 days of recieving it, for a full refund. We will refund your credit/debit card once we have received and processed the item( please allow upto 14 days).
